Together we will spend some time having a spiritual dialogue or topic relevant to your life and spiritual path, delve deeper by meditating, and engage in a soul art exercise. (Personal choice of creating Your Own Medicine Shield (unique and powerful offering by me), painting, drawing, coloring, or using some techniques from Seena B. Frost's Book, SoulCollage.
Optional silent, or guided meditation that will focus on a theme of your choice (healing the emotional heart, moving from a space of contraction to expansion, opening to the creative energy of spirit, aligning life force energy/ chakra balancing, activating energy centers, expansion into spacial awareness, training attention to relax and focus, deepening the meditative experience, and heightening the spiritual connection to the Divine Consciousness and its limitless potential of how it wants to express itself). (Typically all art supplies and tea provided, extra magazines always welcome). |
Individual or Group:
-Art Therapy: Be guided with Therapeutic Art Therapy Experience, a variety of mediums will be provided to express your most inner You. -Soul Art Experience: Enhance and Deepen Your Spiritual Journey and your connection to the Creative Energy of Consciousness by engaging in a spiritual dialogue, and meditation to help you focus your intention and enliven your intuition, followed by a Soul Art Experience. Mini-retreat experience: Sessions typically take around 2 hours or more, depending on custom services. $100.00 for first two people/ $50 each for others (up to 6). Contact Me to set up a private session (bring a friend to share a fun and meaningful experience; couples, and small groups also welcome). Sound healing experience also included.
